COVID-19 Response from McCall
Together we’re facing an unprecedented situation. The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting all of us. We’re reaching out to our customers to update you on our approach to this unique situation.
We will continue to supply asphalt and fuel to our customers as McCall is a diversified energy company and our operations are considered “critical energy infrastructure” under the US Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Energy’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) program, and the State of Oregon Executive Order Number 20-12 issued on March 23, 2020.
We understand there has been speculation of supply disruptions due to COVID-19. We are in frequent contact with our suppliers and as of today, we’re not expecting any disruption in asphalt supply. However, with the rapidly changing situation, we realize it is impossible to predict the impact of the business disruptions.
We will continue to communicate with you over the next several weeks as the situation changes. We value any questions and feedback.
We are focused on the health and safety of our employees and their families. Some of our office staff are working from home. Those who must report to the terminal, are following the guidelines of the CDC.
We are asking our sales team to communicate through digital channels and postpone in-person sales calls. Your sales representative is available via phone, email, and text.
Also, our hearts go out to those impacted by this virus. We truly hope for a full recovery for those who are sick from COVID-19. We appreciate those health care workers and first responders on the front lines of this virulent disease.
Thank you for your patience during this unusual time.
