McCall Terminals supports scholarships for students at PCC’s Swan Island Trades Center
PCC and the PCC Foundation thanks the Working Waterfront Coalition (WWC) and McCall Terminals for supporting scholarships for students at PCC’s Swan Island Trades Center. For nearly a decade the WWC and members like McCall Terminals have supported PCC’s Working Waterfront Scholarship Fund to provide students entering the trades with critical Career Technical Education (CTE) opportunities and training in: welding, electrical, HVAC/R, millwright, industrial mechanics, and more. These students come away with critical job skills, allowing them to gain employment within WWC companies, which provide them much needed family-wage jobs.
PCC and the PCC Foundation are deeply grateful for WWC’s and McCall Terminals’ ongoing support of this important scholarship, especially during these extraordinary times.
